Life Cycle Assessments

The full picture. Not just carbon.

When a decision or a claim has to hold up, you need more than carbon arithmetic. You get a substantial, multi-impact LCA built at process level and governed by a named practitioner.

  • Multiple impact categories, not carbon alone
  • Your goal and boundary agreed up front
  • The foundation for EPDs, PCFs and passports
When you need one

Before the decision, not after.

  • Choosing between materials or designs
  • Claims that must withstand challenge
  • Finding where your impact really comes from
  • Investor, customer or regulatory reporting
What you get
  • Process-level modelling, not category averages
  • Every relevant impact category
  • Scenarios compared on one basis
  • Decisions documented as they're made
Why the Factory

Built, not generated.

Complex boundaries

Co-products, recycled content, end-of-life and multi-site routes, handled properly.

Investigated, not assumed

If a result looks wrong or a dataset doesn't fit, a practitioner digs in.

See the trade-offs

Multiple categories reveal what a carbon-only view hides.

More detail
LCA, PCF or EPD: which do you need?

PCF: greenhouse gases for one product unit (ISO 14067), usually for customers and surveys. LCA: multiple impacts across the life cycle (ISO 14040/44), for your own decisions and reporting. EPD: a verified, published declaration based on an LCA (ISO 14025), for specifiers and tenders. Not sure? Send the request and it's worked out for you.

Building-level and whole life carbon

Building and project assessments to EN 15978 and the RICS standard are available on enquiry. Each is scoped individually around your project stage and design information.

What you need to start

What the assessment is for and who will read it, the products in scope, a BOM or formulation, how and where it's made, and any design options you want compared. Send what you have and the rest is established with you.
